The order to declare Yousaf a PO was issued by an accountability court judge Syed Najam-ul-Hassan Bukhari.
The order read that the investigation officer had filed an application for issuance of proclamation of the accused after failing to arrest him on arrest warrants issued by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman.
The accused has gone underground and is not traceable, the report further read.

Yousaf had allegedly received Rs12 million in bribe from former Punjab Power Development Company (PPDC) CEO Ikram Naveed. He is also accused of getting Naveed appointed as the PPDC CEO.
Naveed is already in the custody of the corruption watchdog. The NAB had repeatedly summoned Yousaf to appear before a combine investigation team (CIT) to present his view, but the accused person ignored NAB summons and later allegedly fled the country.
Before the case was taken up by the NAB, the Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) had indicted Naveed for embezzlement of Rs450 million.
