The body of a Pakistan Sarzameen Party (PSP) worker with a slashed throat has been found from Karachi's Landhi area on Sunday, Express News reported.

The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Tabish, who was a resident of Khurramabad, local police say.

The perpetrators tried to dispose off his body in an empty water tank, however, they failed to do so, a local police official said.

"He had a child from a marriage which ended seven months ago and had a case registered against him for carrying unlicensed arms," SP Landhi told.
