QUETTA: Gohram Bugti, newly-elected MPA from PB-10 Dera Bugti, has said people of the country are mature now and they ousted those politicians, who failed to deliver.
“People of Dera Bugti are still deprived of basic facilities, including clean water, therefore; they have rejected former home minister Sarfraz Bugti over his poor performance for the people of Dera Bugti,” said Gohram on Thursday.

Bugti to move SC over people’s problems

He said, “Fortunately, the people of the country have matured and are not willing to vote for a candidate who failed to resolve their problems. Sarfraz Bugti’s case is a precedent for all politicians, including myself, because if I can’t deliver to my people, in the next election they will not vote for me.”
To a query regarding Jamhoori Watan Party’s plan about joining BAP or other parties, Gohram replied, “I follow the party’s decision. I will pursue the direction of JWP Chairman Shahzain Bugti.”
Vowing to work for the people of Dera Bugti, he said, “After taking oath of the assembly, our first priority will be to resolve the problems of Dera Bugti.”

Gohram asks ECP to reject Bugti’s papers

On return of Bugti IDPs living in Punjab and Sindh, Gohram said, “At least 100,000 Bugti IDPs are forced to live outside their homes. We have decided to set a roadmap to bring back our Bugti brothers back because a sudden return of more than 100,000 people could cause further crisis in Dera Bugti.”
