AJK president lauds 13th amendment

MIRPUR: The passage of the historic constitutional reform package through the 13th Amendment will provide legislative, administrative and financial powers to the AJK government besides leading to open new vistas of progress and prosperity of the liberated territory.

This was stated by AJK President Masood Khan while talking to the Chief Secretary of AJK Mian Waheed ud Din. The Chief Secretary apprised the President of the administrative measures being taken after the passage of the 13th amendment to help streamline governance and promote better service delivery to the people of AJK. President Masood Khan said concrete steps must be taken to modernize tourism and turn it into an organized industry.
