Pakistan should strengthen economy

ISLAMABAD: To celebrate Youm-e-Takbeer, a ceremony was held at former senator Syed Zafar Ali Shah’s residence. Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry Senior Vice President Muhammad Naveed Malik also participated. Shah said this day reminded the nation that it should work hard to make Pakistan a strong economy.

He said on 28th May 1998, Pakistan had emerged as a first Muslim country to become an atomic power. Speaking on the occasion, Malik said that Pakistan was a source of encouragement for the whole Muslim world and by becoming an atomic power, Pakistan has proved that it has great potential. He emphasised that every individual should play positive role so that Pakistan could improve its standing in the region and the world.
