GDA issues final notice to defaulters

GDA has taken action in the light of directives of Supreme Court of Pakistan

ABBOTTABAD: Galiyat Development Authority (GDA) in its final notice has given last chance to the 38 allottees of commercial and residential plots to clear their dues before June 30, 2018 otherwise their plots will be cancelled and allotted to others. Among defaulters, 14 are shops owners while 24 are residential plot owners, which include some of influential bureaucrats, ex-government officials and renowned political and business personalities who holds plots at Nathiagali, Changla Gali, Donga Gali, Gora Dhaka, Ayubia.

GDA has taken action in the light of directives of Supreme Court of Pakistan and decision taken by the provincial cabinet . The demand is created for the shortfall from the day of allotment with mark-up and compound interest on it.
