SARGODHA: Special Anti-Terrorist Court Judge Mian Anwar Nazir sentenced a man to death seven times.

The prisoner was sentenced to 94 years in jail and an additional fine of Rs1.2 million as well as Rs670,000 for having killed six people.

According to the prosecution, accused Asad was involved in kidnapping a girl and was declared an absconder by the police.

On March 29, police officials received a tip off and raided his residence at Chak136 SB but in a bid to avoid arrest, he shot and killed three policemen.

The father of the kidnapped girl, Abdul Haq, two others, Zafar and Sarwar, also died in the incident.
