The Weeknd just dropped his latest album My Dear Melancholy and fans have been quick to notice all the references to his exes, Selena Gomez and Bella Hadid in its songs, reported E! News.

The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, seems to refer to even Gomez’s kidney transplant in the song. The Come And Get It singer went under surgery in 2017 due to lupus. Her best friend Francis Raisa was ultimately, her donor.

Call Out My Name hints at Abel’s relationship with Gomez. The two started dating in January 2017 and broke up in October the same year.

In the song, Abel sings, “I helped you out of a broken place” and “When times were rough, I made sure I held you close to me,” which refers to Gomez opening up about experiencing pain in her kidneys. The line “I almost cut a piece of myself for your life,” from Call Out My Name peaks at The Weeknd being a potential donor.

In another song, Privilege, the 28-year-old singer snaps at Gomez for rekindling her romance with Justin Bieber, just weeks after their break up.

In Wasted Times, the Starboy crooner possibly speaks of Hadid. “Wasted times I spent with someone else. She wasn’t even half of you,” potentially refers to the time he spent with Gomez after cutting ties off with Hadid.

Hadid and The Weeknd started dating in May 2015 and broke up in late 2016. Whether the singer reunites with Hadid is yet to be seen. He was spotted hanging out with the supermodel shortly after breaking up with Gomez.
