Gas company transfers GMs, engineers

Move part of restructuring of oil and gas sector.

LAHORE:

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Managing Director Arif Hameed has issued orders for transfer of nine general managers and 10 chief engineers, who were posted in different regions.

Earlier, Petroleum Minister Dr Asim Hussain, in a meeting, directed the SNGPL MD to devise a strategy for controlling gas theft and leakages and bringing other improvements in the company.

According to the directives of the SNGPL MD, General Manager Metering Muhammad Azam has been posted as General Manager Quality Assurance and General Manager Customer Services Zahid Saeed as General Manager HR operations. General Manager Quality Assurance Zahid Hussain has been posted as General Manager Corporate Planning and Development, General Manager Development South Abdul Rashid Arshad as General Manager Project Construction.

According to the orders, General Manager Development Central Sibgatullah has been posted as General Manager Faisalabad (D) and General Manager Development North Muhammad Arshad as General Manager Gujranwala (D).
