1) Meghan Markle
The Suits star is on her way to becoming royalty, joining a list of actresses who got a title other than “Mrs” when they tied the knot. Markle, newly engaged to Prince Harry, is expected to be named the Duchess of Sussex when they wed.
2) Diane von Furstenberg
Diane von Furstenberg was married to German Prince Egon of Furstenberg. They had two children together, Prince Alexander and Princess Tatiana, but divorced after just three years of marriage. She has been married to business mogul Barry Diller since 2001.
3) Jamie Lee
Christopher Guest bestowed a title upon Jamie Lee Curtis when he inherited the title of Baron Haden-Guest from his father. That makes Jamie Lee a Baroness.
4) Rita Hayworth
She was Hollywood royalty already, but became a true princess when she married Prince Aly Khan. They had one daughter and divorced in 1953.
5) A J Langer
My So-Called Life star A J Langer became the Countess of Devon after marrying Charles Courtenay, the 19th Earl of Devon, in 2005.
6) Laura Harring
Mulholland Drive actor Laura Harring married Count Carl-Eduard von Bismarck in 1987, making her a Countess. The two divorced but she held on to her title.
7) Olivia Wilde
Before dating Jason Sudeikis, Olivia Wilde was married to Italian Prince Tao Ruspoli. The pair split in 2011 after eight years together.
8) Zsa Zsa Gabor
The late Zsa Zsa Gabor was married to Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt and they definitely weren’t shy about dressing the part.
9) Catherine Oxenburg
Catherine Oxenberg of Dynasty didn’t need a marriage to become royalty. She is the oldest daughter of Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia.
10) Grace Kelly
The Mogambo star famously became Princess Grace of Monaco when she married Rainier III, Prince of Monaco.
