‘Investigations will be on merit’

ISLAMABAD: The head of the apex anti-corruption institution has assured that all probes will be completed on merit and as per law.  This was stated by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Justice (retired) Javed Iqbal on Monday. He said that the eradication of corruption from the country was his top priority. He added that for this purpose they will adopt a zero-tolerance policy. The NAB chief further said that the investigations against probe against Asma Arbab Alamgir, Arbab Alamgir, alleged illegal allotment of lands in Gawadar and investigations against former Balochistan chief minister Aslam Raisani will be completed while observing all rules.
