PDWP approves four schemes

Approved development schemes included establishment of beds at THQ Hospital, expansion of Elite Police Training School

LAHORE: The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party approved four development schemes of various sectors with an estimated cost of Rs12,628.8m.

Rs635billion to be set aside for development

These schemes were approved in the 6th meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) of current fiscal year 2017-18 presided by the Chairman P&D Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan. All members of the Planning & Development Board, Provincial Secretaries concerned and other senior representatives of the relevant Provincial Departments attended the meeting.

Punjab govt releases Rs282b for development during six months

The approved development schemes included establishment of 60 beds at THQ Hospital at Raiwind Lahore at the cost of Rs531.6m, expansion plan of Elite Police Training School, Bedian Road at the cost of Rs717.9m.
