Fresh uniform for paramedics advised

PGMI principal believes it would allow employees to work with grace and pride

LAHORE: New uniform for all paramedical staff in the province has been recommended, said Post Graduate Medical Institute (PGMI) Principal Dr Ghiyasun Nabi Tayyab.

He believed it would allow these employees to work with grace and pride. The doctor was speaking at an event organised by the Paramedical Staff Association at Lahore General Hospital. The principal said the association is the backbone of the medical profession and the steps taken by the Punjab government for their betterment would improve the situation.

He also appreciated the new service structure for hospital staff, saying it would have a positive effect on their performance. He said PGMI has gone one step forward and beds have been allocated for the treatment of families of hospital employees.
