‘PML-N steering country out of crisis’  

Shehbaz said vibrant leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has brought economic prosperity.

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said the PML-N leader steered the country out of crisis and led the nation to economic development and prosperity.

Shehbaz expressed these views on Sunday during a meeting with senior PML-N leader and renowned industrialist Chaudhry Ahmed Saeed. Matters of mutual interest and political issues were discussed in the meeting.

Speaking on this occasion, Shehbaz said vibrant leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has brought economic prosperity and created thousands of job opportunities. "We have set new records of selfless service during the last four years."

Recently, Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif also stressed the importance of agriculture sector in the national economy and had set the development of this sector and affluence of farmers as his mission.

Shehbaz Sharif, while talking to a delegation of PML-N, said that conceivable resources for promotion of agriculture were being utilized and steps were being taken for the prosperity of small farmers.

He said that it was the need of hour to modernize the agricultural sector and furnish it with updated patterns to make farmers well-off.

He said that Pakistan was an agrarian country as it had an exceptionally rich soil and tremendous potential in farming.

Shehbaz Sharif said that our government had given Special Kisaan Packages worth billions for the development of farmers and agriculture.

Ahmad | 7 years ago | Reply Dear CM, your Job is to serve whole of the Punjab. Tell us why 75% of total development Budget in the last 9 years of your rule was spent only in Lahore, although Population of Lahore is just 10% of the whole Punjab province?
