In memory: Renowned educationist laid to rest

Renowned educationist and column writer Prof Dr Zahoor Ahmad Awan laid to rest in Peshawar.

PESHAWAR: Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Governor Barrister Masood Kausar has expressed his deep shock and sorrow over the demise of renowned educationist and column writer Prof Dr Zahoor Ahmad Awan who was laid to rest in Peshawar on Sunday.

In a condolence message, the governor lauded Awan’s services, especially in the fields of education, literature and journalism, and said that his absence will indeed be remembered for a long time to come.
