Hashish Recovered: Drug pusher arrested

Suspect Faris alias Ali was caught by the CIA police in Jahangir Market Sector G-9/2 on Sunday

ISLAMABAD: Police have arrested a suspected drug pusher and recovered over 1 kilogramme hashish from him. According to the police, the suspect used to supply narcotics in the city’s educational institutes. Police said that suspect Faris alias Ali, was caught by the CIA police in Jahangir Market, Sector G-9/2, on Sunday evening. Ali had 1.1kg hashish on him. Police claim the suspect was also involved in supplying drugs to students of colleges and universities in the capital and had been arrested for drug pushing previously too. He has been booked under the anti-narcotics law and handed over to Karachi Company police.
