KARACHI: Expressing concern over the rise of Indian forces' atrocities in occupied Kashmir, Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) Chairperson Mustafa Kamal said the issue of the territory should be resolved as per the will of its people.

Speaking to the media along with former Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Ateeq at PSP headquarters, Kamal said his party will raise the Kashmir issue at all the forums and will run a campaign for it.

‘Peaceful protest’ to continue until demands met: Kamal

He criticised the Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz's government, saying that it failed in highlighting the Kashmir issue and the rampant Indian forces' atrocities before the world. Kamal said India was also violating the Indus Water Treaty by building more dams on the channels that delivered water to the country.

Ateeq thanked Kamal for raising the issue and said that the PSP was going to be a leading political party in the upcoming general elections.
