Clarification: NICL clarifies position on report

Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited (NICL) stated that it has “no connection or relevance with the news”

With reference to a report titled, ‘Chairman, and competitor, stops Nimir reps from speaking in NA body’ published in The Express Tribune, it is clarified that the name of the company mentioned is Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Limited (NCPL).

In a statement, Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited (NICL) stated that it has “no connection or relevance with this news”.

“It is further clarified that NICL is a public limited company and listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, whereas NCPL is an unlisted company.

Both companies are under different ownership and management.”
