A case has been registered against the singer at Yakatoot Police Station, officials confirmed.

S* was later presented before a judicial magistrate who handed him over to the police on a physical remand for further investigation.
According to details, N*, a Swabi resident, had filed a case against the singer at Faqirabad Police Station, accusing him of kidnapping and raping her.
In her complaint, she also claimed that S* had assured her he would marry her, but later refused to do so.
S* is a well-known name in the music industry of Pashto films. He has also worked as an actor in a few films.
