Second Tour De Galiyaat: Cycle race from Islamabad to Nathiagali
On the next day they will finally reach Nathiagali covering a distance of 354 kilometers
PESHAWAR:
The Tourism Corporation Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (TCKP), in collaboration with Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Cycling Association (KPCA), is organising a three day national cycling race. The second ‘Tour de Galiyaat National Cycling Race‘ will see cyclists race from Islamabad to Nathiagali from February 10 to 12. Around 110 enthusiastic cyclists in 11 teams across the country such as Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Punjab, Wapda, Pakistan Army, SSGC Karachi, HEC, Fata and Pakistan Ordinance Factory Wah will participate in the race. Additionally, international cyclists, from Afghanistan are also expected. Cyclists will set off from Hayatabad Sports Complex in Peshawar and will pedal towards Islamabad on the first day. After a stopover over in the capital, they will race towards Abbottabad. On the next day they will finally reach Nathiagali covering a distance of 354 kilometers.
