Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif said this on Saturday at a meeting held to review progress on reforms introduced in the healthcare system launched in collaboration with Health Ministry of Turkey.
Addressing the meeting, the CM said the medicine supply chain management system has already been launched in collaboration with Turkey. “Turkey’s cooperation in the health sector will soon bear positive results,” he added.
Under the new system, medicine samples will be checked through Turkish laboratories. “We are thankful to Turkey for training our nurses,” he said.
“Service to humanity is a great job and we should speedily move forward without wasting any time to heal the wounds of the ailing humanity.”
