Gathering: SSGC organises milad programme

The Sui Southern Gas Company's (SSGC) corporate communication department held a milad ceremony on Thursday at the auditorium of the company's head office.

Malaysian scholar Abu Shariz Badr addressed the audience on the occasion. Naat khawans, including Zulfiqar Ali Hussaini, Muhammad Azam Chishti, Qari Raees Ahmed and Adeel Raza, eloquently recited naats. A company executive, Azim Akhtar, recited a kalam for his father, Sehba Akhtar, a renowned poet.

Also present on the occasion were SSGC's acting managing director, Amin Rajput, Colonel (retd) Shoaib A Qureshi and company secretary Shoaib Ahmed along with a large number of company employees.

The arrangements were managed by the head of corporate communications, Shahbaz Islam.
