Fata reforms discussed: K-P governor meets EU envoy

PESHAWAR: Reforms in Fata would be introduced in accordance with the aspirations of the people of the tribal belt, said Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Governor Engineer Iqbal Zafar Jhagra on Friday. He added that the formal implementation would start after the formal approval is given by the parliament. The governor told this to the European Union Ambassador Jean-Francois Cautain at the Governor House, Peshawar. Additional Chief Secretary Fata Fida Wazir was also present during the meeting. Jhagra also said that the Afghan refugees are our brethren and there is no restriction on their coming to Pakistan with valid documents. He also added that we are also assisting in ensuring their repatriation in respectable way. The governor also addressed the 39th Annual Conference of Pathologists and the 4th Meeting of the Pathology society.
