Tremors felt in parts of K-P, Islamabad

No loss of life or infrastructure reported so far

Earthquake tremors were felt in a number of cities in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) and Islamabad Tuesday night.

According to Express News, magnitude of the quake was 6.0 on the Richter scale. However, Radio Pakistan reported that the earthquake had a magnitude of 5.4.

The epicenter of the earthquake was Hindu Kush region having the focal depth of 179km.

No loss of life or infrastructure was reported till the filing of this report.
