Sattar said Altaf's Monday speech was regrettable, anti-Pakistan and anti-MQM.
The MQM will disassociate with anyone who resorted to violence and the party affairs will be run from Pakistan, he added.

The MQM in 2014 suspended Shahzad's party’s membership, extending a warning to all members to strictly adhere to its code of conduct.
In April, his non-bailable arrest warrants were also issued by an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Dr Asim Hussain terror facilitation case.
