It's very quick and doesn't require a ton of ingredients. In fact, it's made with only five basic ingredients.
Ingredients
Chicken -- 250gm
Red chilli powder -- 2 teaspoons
Garam masalha powder -- 2 teaspoons
Salt -- to taste
Ginger and garlic paste -- 2 teaspoons
Yogurt -- 3 tablespoons
Fried onions -- ½ cup
Cilantro -- for garnish
Green chillies -- 2, for garnish
Method
In a bowl, marinate chicken with red chilli powder, garam masalha powder, fried onions, salt, yogurt and ginger and garlic paste. Marinate for at least half hour.
Then in a pan, heat ½ cup oil and cook marinated chicken until done. Add cilantro and chopped green chillies and serve hot with naans and yogurt. Happy cooking!
