Tragic incident: Three perish in road accident

WAH: Three persons including two brothers were killed and seven others injured, in a road accident on Islamabad-Peshawar motorway (M-1) near Bhattar interchange in Wah Cantt area in small hours of Sunday.     The National Highways and Motorway Police (NH&MP)sources said a Rawalpindi-bound passenger van (bearing registration number LES-6699) coming from Peshawar rammed into a trailer on Islamabad- Peshawar Motorway (M-1) near Bhattar interchange. The collision resulted in the death of three persons on the spot, while seven others were injured. Two brothers are among the dead. The dead were identified as Aamir Shahzad, Asim  Shahzad and Sartaj Jan. Seven passengers onboard the van were injured. A case has been registered and police have started an investigation.
