"I am announcing Rs10m reward for the person(s) who give information of the place where Awais Shah has been kept or give clues for his recovery or arrest of the culprits," the chief minister announced on Wednesday.
Shah has also taken serious notice of qawwal Amjad Sabri’s murder, saying under a pre-planned conspiracy law and order situation is being created in the city. "I would not let this conspiracy succeed and the conspirators and terrorists would be crushed with iron hands."
Shah was in the budget session in the Sindh Assembly when he was informed about the tragic incident in which Sabri and his two friends were shot dead in the jurisdiction of Sharifabad police station.

The chief minister immediately left the session and went to his chamber from where he contacted the DG Rangers Major General Bilal Akbar and IG Sindh AD Khwaja and issued them directives to arrest the culprits.
He said that within three days, another serious incident has taken place while referring to the abduction of the SHC CJ's son.
On June 20, Advocate Awais Shah was kidnapped at gunpoint in the broad day light from the courtyard of a super market.
Shah directed IG police to immediately suspend SHO Sharifabad Farooq Sanjrani and DSP Liaquatabad Amin Rehman and issue explanation to the SSP Central.
The chief minister also ordered IGP AD Khwaja to remove SSP South Dr Farooq and SP Clifton Amjat Hayat for negligence and post officers of good repute in their place.
Amjad Sabri shot dead in Karachi
IG police briefed the CM on both the incidents, saying his team was working hard to probe the case of Sabri.
He said some suspects were arrested whereas the CCTV footage of the incident was being collected for further investigation.
Meanwhile, CM Sindh in a message to the Sabri's family expressed his profound grief and said he was a valuable asset of Pakistan.
