Syed A. Mateen | 13 years ago | Reply The reason why I sleep well is that I do not take worries on my head. What ever will happen it is going to happen, so why to worry for any thing? On January 19, 2011, early morning when the earthquake hit Pakistan, I was awake and did not rush out from my house like other people. For one hour I was watching various TV Channel's to update what is happening in the country and then put my TV off and went to sleep, whereas mostly people could not sleep on that night. I leave every thing on Al-Mighty Allah who is the Creator and all of us one day will have to return to the Creator sooner or later.
