Sania Ali, Creative Head of the fashionable brand, Boho, speaks to us about her style evolution post-motherhood

Understanding your body is the key to looking good and a trait found amongst all impeccably dressed fashionistas. While people shy away from talking about their bodies, these brave souls explain how they work their anatomies to their advantage

How would you describe your body type?

I would describe myself as someone with a slender frame.

Has your body type changed over the last five years?

Yes! I have had two children over the last couple of years and therefore, there has been a noticeable change in my body type.

How has your style changed over the years?

Now that I am a mother of two and have adjusted to the changes in my body, I prefer dressing in a simpler and more classic manner.

In your opinion what is your most troublesome area?

I would say my arms, but I try my best to keep them toned.

How do you dress your body according to your body type?

To be honest, I don’t think that anyone needs to dress according to his or her body type. In my opinion, whatever one can carry off with confidence ultimately looks good.

In your opinion what is the biggest mistake a person can make while dressing here?

You only look as good as you feel, so the biggest mistake one can make is to be uncomfortable in the outfit that you are wearing.

What silhouettes suit your body the most?

I love wearing belted tunics or tops. These are usually my go-to outfits.

What is the one piece of clothing that you shy away from wearing and why?

I don’t shy away from wearing anything except for clothes that show too much skin.
