Your stars today. STOCK IMAGE

Aries | March 20 – April 19

While you’re familiar with Mercury’s retrograde cycle, which ended on 22 May, your ruler Mars is now in reverse motion. This will slow your pace and raise questions about the past. Ironically, if there’s any confusion, those twists and turns could reveal facts that will make your life a lot easier.

Taurus | April 20 – May 20

With both the Sun and your ruler Venus at odds with Neptune, the planet of illusion, disappointments aren’t just likely, they’re inevitable. Worrying as that sounds, in some cases you’ve suspected something wasn’t right. Now you’ll find out exactly what the problem is, and in time to do something about it.

Gemini | May 21 – June 20

Over the past weeks, you’ve learnt lots. A number of those insights were as astonishing as, now that you’re moving ahead, they are helpful. The trick is to bear in mind that while your ruler Mercury’s retrograde cycle ended a week ago, the fallout is triggering surprises, some of them unexpectedly informative.

Cancer | June 21 – July 22

Don’t be surprised if you’re feeling touchy about certain things that, only recently, mattered very little. That was before somebody told you unsettling gossip about one particular situation. While that doesn’t affect you in the least, you’ve begun wondering what’s being said about you. Stop now. This is total fantasy.

Leo | July 23 – August 22

Most Leos are soft-hearted by nature, so hate even the idea of upsetting somebody who matters. Yet one particular issue is getting out of hand, which means you’ve no choice but to speak up, even if in doing so, you make a few waves. This will lead to timely breakthroughs.

Virgo | August 23 – September 22

Nobody would suggest that you allow those who’ve been irresponsible to take advantage of the plans you’ve made. Still, this is one of those strange times when you can over-plan, which means that the more easygoing your approach to this complex week is, the better. Unexpected events could bring miracles.

Libra | September 23 – October 22

When you first made certain plans, it was in haste and you were short of facts. While you intended to go back and fill in those details, you forgot. Now events are reminding you, and with some urgency. It would be unwise to hope these will sort themselves out. They won’t.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

In several situations recently, you avoided even mentioning certain tricky issues. While that was probably wise at the time, the tide has turned. Not only will these matters surface of their own accord, the discussions you feared would be so troublesome should go smoothly, far more than you imagine possible.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 21

For days you’ve been trying to win over somebody who’s stubborn but, worse, regards that as a strength. They believe being unwilling to make changes is something to be proud of. Frustrating as this is, back off. Your ideas are worthwhile and they know it. They just need time to think.

Capricorn | December 22 – January 19

Normally you don’t mind disappointing others. While, obviously, you’ll do your best to avoid causing upset, with certain plans in difficulties, you need to let everybody know. Yet some individuals could take this personally. Knowing that, break the facts to them gently. It will take longer, but it’s about being kind.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 17

Normally, you do all you can to avoid the appearance of giving orders to anybody. Yet judging by the behaviour of certain individuals, you have no choice. They don’t care. In fact, because they try to avoid taking responsibility for anything, they’ll be delighted if you tell them what to do.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

Recent obstacles and those indicated by this week’s planetary activity will, inevitably, slow progress. But that’s no bad thing. This measured pace will force everybody to tackle problems they insist they’ve no time for. Now they will. And, better yet, this will reveal ways to deal with those more far-reaching issues.
