Tragic End: Two boys drown in Bannu

BANNU: Two boys drowned in a canal in Bannu on Saturday. According to a police official, five-year-old Jehanzeb and Ahmed were swimming in a canal in Huwed when the incident occurred. Locals and family members tried to rescue them but their efforts were in vain. Later, the bodies were shifted to the hospital for autopsies. Separately, a man was killed within the jurisdiction of Township police station. The victim was identified as Iqbal and was killed by Zarwali. The police conducted raids to arrested Zarwali. An FIR was registered against the accused.
