Festival: A creative platform promoting ‘healthy competition’

Students from different universities across Pakistan participated in a 3-day “Tamasha 20-Eleven” creative festival.

ISLAMABAD: Over a thousand enthusiastic students from different universities across the country participated in a three-day “Tamasha 20-Eleven” creative festival that started here at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (NUCES) on Saturday.  The grand event, now held annually by NUCES, provides a platform to students to express their creative talents in a variety of fields.

Students from different universities showcased their creative skills and competed in essay-writing, debating and film-making competitions. Competitions were also held for photography, calligraphy, painting, visage canvas and theatre. The event included a Meena Bazaar and cultural shows.
