Public health: Dengue fever situation reviewed

LAHORE: The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on Dengue on Thursday reviewed dengue fever situation across the province. Adviser to Chief Minister on Health Khwaja Salman Rafique chaired the meeting at the Institute of Public Health. The data of suspected, probable and confirmed dengue fever patients was shared at the meeting. The participants also reviewed the dengue-larvae reporting system. IPH Dean Muaz Ahmed, Dengue Control Additional Director General Fayyaz Butt Dr Obaida Nighat, Dr Muhammad Tahir, Dr Muhammad Farooq and Dr Muhammad Aslam attended the meeting.
