A three-day National Book Day celebrations by National Book Foundation (NBF) will start on April 22 at Pak-China Friendship Centre, said a press release.
Advisor to Prime Minister on National History and Literary Heritage Division Irfan Siddiqui announced this in a meeting at his office with officers of the division and NBF.
He informed that renowned intellectual and literary personalities, book ambassadors, well-known writers, poets and artists, educationists, students and people from all walks of life are expected to participate. Chinese ambassador will be guest of honour at the inaugural ceremony, he said.
