Shelley Von Strunckel March 09, 2016

Aries | March 20 – April 18

Expect good fortune between now and mid-March, although often it will be unexpected. Knowing that, waste no time analysing what events offer. Instead, delve into in everything, making it clear it’s no more than that. This gives you the freedom to explore now but make decisions later, when you’re better informed.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

Getting things organised would be a relief. But every time you try, those arrangements come undone. Be patient. At the week’s close, your ruler Venus joins the Sun and Mercury in the visionary sign of Pisces. Once they’re positioned there, together, those plans will fall into place, and without a struggle.

Gemini | May 20 – June 19

For ages you’ve been encouraging those you’re close to, in your personal or working life, to commit to plans or make decisions. They’d do so, then change their thinking. With Mars now positioned in that portion of your chart and lighting a fire under them, at long last things should begin happening.

Cancer | June 20 – July 21

This week’s eclipse is the first of two during March. This means that, while you can’t ignore the sudden changes it triggers, it’s far too early to impose order on events. Instead, think carefully about where else in your life changes are needed, if not overdue, and begin making them now.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

As a fire sign, when you’re inspired or care about an arrangement or alliances, you’ll usually plunge in first and ask questions later. While that approach hasn’t always worked, it’s better than wasting time on unnecessary analysis. It’s the same now. Others may advise caution but it seems silly, if not pointless.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

Although you rarely notice, when conversing with others, you’re only half listening. You’re also gathering facts and ideas that will form your response. While, ordinarily, that’s wise if not efficient, you can miss important subtleties. These could be a tone of voice, gesture or unusual phrase. Each could be crucial.

Libra | September 22 – October 21

Since the early days of astrology, eclipses have been regarded with respect. This month’s two are especially significant. The first, this week, accents changes in practicalities. However, the second is on the 23rd, and in Libra. This may be unsettling but will trigger developments as dramatic as they are overdue.

Scorpio | October 22 – November 20

Nobody would blame you for being suspicious of those who make extravagant promises then can’t recall what they’ve said they’d do. While the individual in question may need to be reminded about their promises, judging by the current planetary setup, they’ll do as they’ve said they will.

Sagittarius | November 21 – December 20

When events focus your attention on the future, as is the case now, it’s easy to forget elements of the past. However, in some cases these are important, if only because before you can take new arrangements to the next stage, you must disentangle yourself from existing plans or alliances.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 19

You don’t think of yourself as stubborn. Yet after countless discussions you’ve resisted even considering certain new ideas or changes. Now, a single pivotal discussion is about to introduce a long overdue breakthrough in your thinking. That, in turn, will lead to timely adjustments in your plans.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 18

One of your greatest charms, as an Aquarius, is your generous nature. You not only invite those who you think would enjoy certain events to join you, getting to know others is a pleasure. Take the same approach to worrying changes. Ask those around you for their views and advice.

Pisces | February 19 – March 19

The planetary setup is amazing, at least for you, as a Pisces. The eclipsed New Moon in your sign, plus, the Sun, Mercury and Venus meeting your ruler Neptune over a period of weeks all lead to pivotal developments and, in time, the kind of decisions that will change your life.
