Toss: India win the toss, elect to bowl first.

The match will begin at 8.30 pm PST. Each innings has been reduced to 15-overs. Fielding restrictions are for five overs, and a bowler can bowl upto three overs.

The umpires will inspect the conditions at 7.45 pm PST. Damp areas near the boundary are still of concern. Overs will start getting reduced at 7.40 pm PST.

The rain has stopped and the pitch has been uncovered as well. Hopefully, the toss will begin after ground inspection by the management.

Unfortunately, rain has been pouring down in Mirpur which has delayed the toss.

A 20-minute power failure, which followed the rain, only made the matter worse as the connection to the flood-lights has yet to be restored.

The match has no reserve day, meaning the trophy will be shared in the event there is no play.  The cut-off time to finish the game is 10:50pm local time.

Sardar | 8 years ago | Reply and then Sehwag says Pakistanis praise Indian crickets for money. LOL. What if Pakistan starts winning and India starts losing? Will the same Pakistanis still priase Indians? NO.. That's called calling spade a spade.
Bharatiya Australian | 8 years ago | Reply Team India taught some rowdy kids lessons on Humility & Etiquette which some of the neighbours clearly missed in their primary schooling and hope this comment will be read by those kids who photo shopped Dhoni's head which was abhorrent and not good for children of any country to grow up with. I hope this message is taken in the right spirits as it is a game and we as people of matured nations, need to know how not to cross the limits of a banter and sledging in any sports. Congratulations Dhoni and team India to let their skills, attitude and professionalism speak louder than the opponents chest thumping.
