Village council naib nazim found dead

ANP member Khalid Daad was kidnapped a few days ago

PABBI: The naib nazim of Chowki Mumraiz village council in Nowshera who went missing earlier was found dead Monday.

His brother Sajid filed a report at Pabbi police station, saying Khalid Daad, was a leader of Awami National Party and was a councillor. Sajid said Khalid was kidnapped three days ago and his body was found in Ali Beg Chala, Nasir Fort. The body bore torture marks.

However, Sajid added, neither he nor Khalid had any feuds. Pabbi police filed a case against unidentified persons and started investigation.
