Criminal Activity In Mardan: Traders receive extortion calls

They are asked to pay extortion or be killed

MARDAN: Doctors and traders in Mardan claimed to have received letters and calls from extortionists, police told The Express Tribune. Police said the owners of private hospitals and marriage halls in Sheikh Maltoon were reported to have received threatening calls in which they were asked to pay extortion or be killed.
