FAISALABAD: Three of those injured in a conflagration in Nanakana Sahib on Wednesday succumbed to their injuries at Allied Hospital on Thursday. A dozen people were killed in a fire that erupted after a car and a gas tanker collided near Kotwar Stop, Mananwala, Nankana Sahib. Dozens of people were injured in the incident, 12 of whom were taken to Allied Hospital in critical condition. Three of them – Muhammad Ali, 45, Haider, 38, and Hammad Farooq, 40 – succumbed to their injuries on Thursday. Doctors treating the injured said Muhammad Ashraf, 45, Sikandar, 46, Ansar, 25, Kausar Perveen, 50, Tauseef Ahmed, 14, Shehneera Saleem, 14, Anam, 18, Abdul Rehman, 40, and Muhammad Arif, 50, were being treated at the hospital’s burn unit. They said their condition was still precarious.
