Traffic chaos

Traffic chaos

KARACHI:

I used to go to a famous school in Saddar Karachi in the 70s and 80s and then went to college for four more years. I had to pass through Saddar and MA Jinnah Road every day but the traffic police at that time controlled the signals and the traffic far better than today. It is very sad to see out-of-order signals and careless traffic chaos, leading to chaos on these busy roads. To judge the mood and attitude of the people of any city, note their adherence to traffic rules and you will have a perfect idea. This is not the only matter where there is disorder and chaos. Karachi is suffering from decay in every way. I believe my fellow citizens must be feeling the same. Therefore, I, on behalf of all Karachiites, request the Government of Sindh to pay attention to the longstanding plight of the city.
