Close call: Five injured in plaza fire

The injured are in stable condition.

RAWALPINDI: At least five people sustained burn injuries and 10 shops were gutted after a fire erupted in two plazas in Islamabad and Rawalpindi on Friday. The first incident took place at a service road near Khanna Pul where fire erupted in the basement of the plaza where wood and placards were stored. Meanwhile, a plaza caught fire in Naseerabad, Rawalpindi due to short-circuiting. The injured are in stable condition.
