Kudos: UAF ranked 87th best university in the world

The ranking was based on the quality of scientific research papers from universities all over the world

The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) has made it to the 87th position in the National Taiwan University’s ranking of best universities in the world.


The ranking was based on the quality of scientific research papers from universities all over the world.


UAF Vice Chancellor Iqrar Ahmad Khan said on Wednesday that the ranking was announced on October 10.


He said based on the NTU’s survey, the world top 100 universities ranking, published by Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan (HEEACT), had rated the UAF as the 87th best university, with 56.2 quality points in the subject category of agriculture.


In the ranking, the UAF has surpassed several universities of renown, including University of California Berkeley, University of Oxford, University of Leeds, University of Nottingham, University of Toronto, University of Auckland, University of California Los Angeles, Kyoto University, University of Kentucky, and University of Zurich.
