Collaboration: Hungary ready to collaborate in higher education

The two sides expressed their plan to sign a MoU on students’ exchange programme

Hungarian Ambassador Istvan Szabo said his country was ready to offer scholarships to Pakistani students in higher education. He said this during a visit to the Higher Education Commission (HEC) along with a delegation embassy officials, said a press release issued by the HEC on Wednesday. The two sides expressed their plan to sign a MoU on students’ exchange programme. Under the proposed agreement, likely to be struck in coming months, the Hungarian government will inform the HEC about new scholarship programmes and will offer scholarships for 80 Pakistani students per year to pursue higher education in Hungary.
