Balochistan unrest: Two bullet-riddled bodies found in Kech district

The deceased men sustained bullet wounds to their heads which became the cause of their death

At least two bullet-riddled bodies were found in Kech district of Balochistan on Friday.


Balochistan Levies official Abdul Qadir told reporters that some passersby spotted the bodies dumped in the neighbourhood of Pidrak and informed the Levies forces.


Paramilitary personnel rushed to the scene and cordoned off the area. Later, the bodies were shifted to the district headquarters hospital where they were identified as Faisal and
Dad Baksh, both residents of Turbat.


“The deceased men sustained bullet wounds to their heads which became the cause of their death,” hospital sources said.


According to sources, the victims were kidnapped two days ago from the same area where their bodies were found on Friday.


A case has been registered against some unknown persons and investigation is currently underway.
