Reports state that Shoaib Mansoor flew down especially for talks with the Bollywood actress.

The man who brought us Bol and Khuda Kay Liye has offered his next film to Bollywood beauty Kareena Kapoor, reports claim.

Earlier, reports stated that Kareena wanted to step out of her comfort zone and do films across the border. The B-Town beauty is also a huge fan of Shoaib Mansoor and was looking for an opportunity to work with the Pakistani director.

"I really want to work with him. He has made some fantastic content driven films and is a wonderful filmmaker," the actress had said, reported IBN.

Her wish did not go unanswered because as soon as the Pakistani director heard about this, he flew to India to offer Bebo a role in his next film, reported Mumbai Mirror.

"Over the last two years I've chosen to be a part of only commercial successes. I'd just got married, wanted time to travel and be home with my husband, so I opted to do just one-two films a year. Now that I'm settled, I want to work with new, interesting directors," explaind the actress.

Kareena has worked with almost all the megastars in Bollywood and now she feels it's time to break out of her shell and work with different people.

"After 15 years, I've done the rounds with all the Khans, and now it's time to get out of my comfort zone," she added.

We hear that Shoaib Mansoor's next is a heroine-eccentric film which will take off next year. Well, this is one collaboration that will definitely set the box office on fire!

MK | 8 years ago | Reply I've never seen his films, so it will introduce Indian viewers to new content also. And Pak actors and music artists already work within BW, so if it happens the other way around, why not? Should be interesting. Kareena is popular on both sides of the border as well I think.
