In control : More rest houses handed to TCKP

PESHAWAR: The K-P government has handed over the administrative control of 13 more rest houses to the Tourism Corporation Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. This was mentioned in a statement issued by the corporation on Tuesday. “The rest houses can be rented by the public once the repair work is completed,” the statement quoted TCKP Administration and Properties General Manager Sajjad Hameed as saying. The statement added that within a month, revenue of Rs3 million has been generated from the houses that were transferred before. The rest houses that will be handed over are situated in Naran, Kalam, Swat and other tourist spots.
