Entry test: Section 144 to be imposed at campus

The test, which is being organised by the University of Health Sciences, will be held on Sunday

BAHAWALPUR: DCO Imran Sikandar Baloch said on Saturday that Section 144 of the Pakistan Penal Code would be imposed in the vicinity of the venue for an entry test in Bahawalpur to medical and dental education institutions across the Punjab. The DCO said no individual barring candidates, academics and invigilators would be allowed to go within 100 metres of the venue. He said carrying material such as books, guides and solved past papers was also prohibited. The DCO said action would be taken against those guilty of flouting the directive.  The test, which is being organised by the University of Health Sciences, will be held on Sunday (today) at the Baghdadul Jadeed Campus of the Islamia University.
