RAWALPINDI: Additional District and Sessions Judge Zahid Hussain has ordered SHO Mandra to register a case of cattle theft in the area. Syed Ali Abid Shah, a local, had moved the court after his buffalo was stolen and the SHO refused to register a case against two suspects. Shah told the court that the SHO threw him out of the police station and threatened to lock him up if he came to lodge the complaint again. The court expressed annoyance at the police official’s attitude and ordered the SHO to lodge the case and recover the stolen cattle head.
