Would love to be a dance teacher: Alia Bhatt

Had it not been for acting, the young starlet would've chosen to be a dance teacher

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt, who was last seen in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya, says if given the opportunity, she would 'love' to be a dance teacher or an acting coach.

"I would love to be one. Like a dance teacher or acting teacher, but not a History or Geography teacher," Alia said at a media interaction for the Girl Rising: A Global Campaign For Girls' Education in India event.

The Girl Rising event was to officially announce the India premiere of its film Girl Rising - Woh Padhegi Woh Udegi. The film will be released on digital platforms in both Hindi and English.

Actresses Nandita Das, Madhuri Dixit, Sushmita Sen, Alia Bhatt, Parineeti Chopra and Kareena Kapoor feature in the film, which is produced by actresses Priyanka Chopra and Freida Pinto, who are the brand ambassadors of the initiative and also star in it.

The film in English, directed by Academy Award nominee Richard E Robbins, had released in 2013 and showcases the stories of eight resilient girls from different countries who battled obstacles to achieve their dreams.
